Vendor neutral
No partner contracts with tool vendors. Recommendations are determined solely by the process analysis and fit with the existing technology landscape — never by a commercial relationship.

The real opportunities and bottlenecks are rarely where management expects them. They are found by systematically mapping business processes — with the people who actually do the work.
Honest advice
